Job title: Technical Product Designer

When and how did you start working at EDAG?

I started working at EDAG do Brazil as a Technical Product Designer at the end of 2014 after having worked for 20 years in an automobile company, facing a new stage in my life. By recommendation of a friend I started at EDAG at the end of a project for an urban bus and I realized that I would learn a lot from new challenges and get to know other companies and products.

What do you like most about working at EDAG?

I like working at EDAG because, in addition to a pleasant environment, as a product designer, I can get to know several processes in several different companies, work with various software such as NX, Catia V5 and V6, learning and transmitting experiences with the people of the team and the exchange of experiences with branches such as Germany and Mexico with which I had contact were very interesting.

We have a wide range of projects, I myself have worked with Buses, Trucks, Small Vehicles and Vehicular Armoring, which was what I liked the most.

What are some of your hobbies / What do you like to do outside of work?

I really enjoy being with my family and having a nice barbecue for them. To distract and relax, I like manual work like woodworking and drawing.

Are business interactions part of these moments?

Yes, being with friends outside the work environment is also part of these moments, whenever possible I try to meet with the staff in pleasant places to entertain and chat.
