For me the most important points are diversity, integrity and transparency. It is important to know how to communicate with sincerity and I do this with my boss and colleagues.
I love traveling with my family and discovering new places or resting on our farm. During the pandemic, I fell in love with diving and cooking.
Despite being a multinational company, the feeling is familiar, here and with colleagues from other parts of the world as well. It is easy to interact with everyone thanks to the numerous communication channels. Here at EDAG do Brasil, I made lifelong friends: we meet on weekends, during happy hour, travel and celebrate, etc. And there are my running partners. Each play an important role in a unique way.
