I have been working at EDAG as a Team Leader since 2017, but my first time at the company was as a designer in 2013. I have been working in the area of automotive projects since 1997, where I was able to learn and develop myself as a designer in various software and as an engineer in several areas (Interior, Exterior, BIW), in several companies in Brazil and abroad. I've worked in other companies with a leadership position as well, but in most of them I ended up feeling a little stagnant, I had the function of teaching my team, but my learning and professional growth was minimal. Since my beginning at EDAG, almost daily, I have been challenged to learn something new, with a high-level technical management team, always willing to share knowledge, in addition to varied and complex projects, where learning is also continuous.
In addition to the possibility of having constant challenges and professional growth, the work environment is something I have always valued. At EDAG, I had the opportunity to create a team that, in addition to trust in the character and professionalism of each one, developed a friendship that makes all the difference to the conduct the projects. This isolated fact makes me feel professionally fulfilled, as this was only possible thanks to the freedom that EDAG gave me to lead both the creation and training of the team, in addition to all the necessary tools that are needed to carry out the work. . Trust, technical support, professional development and constant challenges are the characteristics that make me feel proud to be part of EDAG.
