Job title: Technical Team Leader

When and how did you start working at EDAG?

I started at EDAG in 2008 as Senior Product Designer and stayed until the beginning of 2010. In 2011, I returned and since 2014 I'm Technical Team Leader at Vehicle Engineering. It's been more than eleven consecutive years at EDAG. I've lived and learned a lot, have moments of resilience, always with high team spirit and companionship.

What do you like most about working at EDAG?

Because it's not just work: it's learning, it's coexistence, it's being connected to the world, it's a challenge, it's a motivation…in other words, I'm proud to be at EDAG.

I'm passionate about learning, teaching, overcoming challenges, encouraging people to do the same, trying to make our work better and better!

EDAG provides me with this in a humane, healthy and motivating environment.

What are some of your hobbies / What do you like to do outside of work?

Hike, discover new places, go out with friends, watch movies and take care of my pets: three cats, two pet rats and one aquarium.

Are business interactions part of these moments?

Without doubt, it's great to be with my colleagues, exchange experiences, talk and laugh. We make happy hours, celebrate our successes, sometimes we get together at one or the other's houses and besides that, the EDAG events are fantastic.
